Who it's for
I created Inside HR after realizing that my experience working inside HR gave me a significant advantage over my peers - friends - and watching them struggle with the language and landscape.
The objective is to equip certified leadership coaches – like you – with the knowledge and tools so they can understand how coaching fits real-world business and HR needs and structures.
*This course will not teach students to land coaching engagements, market themselves, or know how to run a coaching engagement in a company. It is strictly about the landscape and language of HR.
Course Facilitator
Emily Chipman is a multi-certified leadership coach (MGSCC, CTI CPCC) who helps other coaches better understand how to position their services in HR terms to they can more confidently and effectively share their services with HR so they can do spend more time coaching and less time selling. She is ICF PCC accredited.
As a former HR professional, her coaching business has generated close to a million dollars, doing primarily B2B sales. She is the creator of the SCC Workflow Manual and Management Tool that helped hundreds of SCC coaches organize their coaching workflow.
Emily resides in Utah, United States.

I created Inside HR because I was seeing my colleagues and peers:
