Course Facilitator and Coach Bio


As an HR professional and Master certified executive coach with almost 20 years of supporting performance, Emily and her team partner with organizations to elevate the healthy high performance, effectiveness, and relationships of their top performing talent and teams.

Emily is a master certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach (SCC) with 20-years’ experience working both internally and externally in organization development, leadership coaching and development, and organization performance analysis. Emily has experience partnering with organizations to support all levels. She has lead internal project teams and partnered with organizations to design and facilitate leader development for leaders across industries and globally.

Based on Emily’s success with her executive coaching clients and her contributions to the field of practice, she was hand selected by founders to be the first woman to certify other coaches in the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching coach certification. Emily also modified the SCC coaching approach for use with groups, allowing organizations to scale coaching for use with greater numbers of leaders, and has supervised the selection and quality of coaches delivered to organizations.
